Shipping Policy
**General Information**
We strive to ship orders on the same business day or the next business day following the placement of an order. During holidays, afternoons post-Friday, weekends, and periods of physical inventory review, shipping may take up to 2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking information via email. Tracking updates are typically available within 1 day after shipment.
Should your tracking indicate that your package has not been delivered and there appears to be an unexplained delay, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
If you need to reship a package that was unclaimed, rejected, or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the new shipping fees. Packages returned to us as unclaimed, rejected, or undeliverable will be considered returns and will be refunded via the original method of payment, less any additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout that was not updated. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and household members to confirm that they did not receive the package in error. Subsequently, you are free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service at any time.
We do not cover the shipping costs for returned goods that are refunded or lost in return. For returns not using our provided label, we recommend purchasing tracking and retaining the shipping receipt as your record.
**Domestic Shipping Information**
Our shipping options within the United States are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays:
- Products under $20 are expected to be delivered within 8 to 10 business days.
- Orders over $20 qualify for free shipping and are expected to be delivered within 10 business days.
- Ground shipping is expected to take 5 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.
We do not guarantee delivery dates for "free" and "ground" shipping. Once tracking indicates that a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package.
Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified business days once they leave our warehouse. If you have any questions about the delivery of express packages, please contact us.
